MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />April 23, 1985 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:08 p.m., by Mayor Daniel E. <br />Griset in the basement conference room of the Standard Concrete <br />Building, 117 West Fourth Street. Councilmembers present were John <br />Acosta, Wilson B. Hart, P. Lee Johnson, R. W. Luxembourger, Patricia <br />A. McGuigan and Mayor Griset. Also present were City Manager Robert <br />C. Bobb, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper and Clerk of the Council <br />Janice C. Guy.
