reputation. Linear has designed the Digital Lab Solution to have multiple, alternative <br />methods of operation by utilizing double -redundant systems and having spares located <br />on-site. LINEAR SYSTEMS will prepare an Emergency Service Plan for the Santa Ana <br />Police Department Photo Lab to be implemented in the case of any hardware or software <br />failure. This is in addition to telephone and on-site service to be provided by LINEAR <br />SYSTEMS. <br />I. Maintenance Agreement <br />A One -Year On-site Maintenance Agreement is includes all Linear Digital Lab Solution <br />equipment including servers, imaging stations, RAID arrays, scanners, printers, and <br />D.I.M.S. hardware. The first year warranty for some peripherals including the digital <br />cameras is provided by an authorized independent repair service. A second year Depot <br />Maintenance Agreement covering all hardware, software, and labor is being offered as an <br />option along with an option for a second year On-site Maintenance Agreement. These <br />options can be exercised anytime before the expiration of the first year warranty. The <br />equipment being proposed to Santa Ana Police Department is very high technology by <br />modem standards. <br />J. Business Operations <br />09:00 - 17:00 PST Monday — Friday excluding holidays.8403 Maple Place Rancho <br />Cucamonga, CA 91730 LINEAR SYSTEMS will provide support via telephone during <br />normal hours of business operation. <br />K Implementation Schedule <br />System delivery will start thirty days after execution of Contract and receipt of purchase <br />order. Completion of installation would be approximately sixty days after delivery. <br />Completion of training shall occur approximately sixty days after installation. Additional <br />follow-up training will be provided as set forth in the Exhibit A and C. <br />K. Product Availability <br />All of the components specifically designated in the proposal requirement are currently <br />available or expected to be available in the immediate future as per Implementation <br />Schedule. <br />2. WARRANTY <br />LINEAR SYSTEMS WARRANTS THAT THE GOODS AND SERVICES SUPPLIED <br />HEREUNDER WILL BE OF GOOD WORKMANSHIP AND OF PROPER <br />MATERIALS, FREE FROM DEFECTS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS. LINEAR SYSTEMS SHALL PERFORM <br />ITS SERVICES WITH CARE, SKILL, AND DILIGENCE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />THE APPLICABLE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS CURRENTLY RECOGNIZED <br />BY SUCH PROFESSION, AND SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE <br />PROFESSIONAL QUALITY, TECHNICAL ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND <br />COORDINATION OF ALL REPORTS, DESIGNS, DRAWING, PLANS, <br />INFORMATION, SPECIFICATIONS, AND OTHER ITEMS AND SERVICES <br />FURNISHED UNDER THE CONTRACT.
