Mural Painting -- Includes 1 $9,000 <br /> mural per school for a total of <br /> 2 murals. (Murals are <br /> outlines of student art and <br /> students will fill in the painting <br /> with color. Mural sizes are <br /> approximately 10' x 30'.) <br />Press Releases Includes the creation of 3 $6,000 <br /> press releases to publicize <br /> the program. Also includes <br /> preliminary research, <br /> distribution of releases and <br /> follow up with key press <br /> contacts. (20 hours of agency <br /> time. <br />Video Includes a professional $1,500 <br /> cameraman and a director <br /> shooting video footage at one <br /> event (half-day shoot) with <br /> high-end video equipment. <br />Final Report 40 hours of agency time to $6,000 <br /> create report. <br /> Total <br /> $99,560 <br />Once this fee proposal has been approved by the City of Santa Ana, fnal terms will be <br />defined. We will work within your payment schedule for ongoing work. Proposed costs <br />include applicable taxes or shipping fees. <br />For reference, our typical terms are listed below. <br />TERMS OF AGREEMENT. All Maricich & Associates, Inc. estimates are based on project descriptions at <br />the beginning of each assignment. Il is understood that costs will change if specifications change. The <br />variance may be due to changes in specifications andlor changes in the amount of agency time necessary <br />to complete a project that is not foreseeable at the time of estimating. Upon the signing of this agreement, <br />Maricich & Associates, Inc. is authorized to act on your behalf in purchasing the tangible personal property <br />and services required to produce the materials as indicated on signed estimates. Unless specifically noted, <br />estimates do not include custom photography, illustration, or specialized Photoshop production. <br />CANCELLATION OF PLANS. You reserve the right to modify, reject, cancel or stop any and all plans, <br />schedules, or work In progress. In such event, we shall immediately take proper steps to carry out your <br />instructions. You, however, agree to assume our liability for all commitments made by us on your behalf, and <br />to reimburse us for all costs, losses, expenses and service charges we have incurred in your behalf before <br />you canceled plans. <br />ACCESS TO INFORMATIONNISUALS. You will supply or cause to be supplied to us all the information, <br />research materials, advisory personnel, visual materials of an historical nature, and access to appropriate <br />people and locations within the framework of this project at no cost to us and with no copyright risk to us_ <br />COPYRIGHTS.
