These substitutions will be at no additional cost to the Customer, unless the scope of the project is modified by change order. Unless otherwise indicated from the context in which it is used, the word "system" will be used herein to refer to the compilation of the foregoing subsystems, interfaces and ancillary systems. All parties recognize that the SOW is not necessarily formatted chronologically with contractual obligations defaulting to the Project Schedule, unless otherwise noted. Deviations and changes to this SOW are subject to mutual agreement between Motorola and the Customer and will be addressed in accordance with the change provisions of the Contract. 1.1 Customer Kickoff Meeting In order to establish project schedules and procedures, the project will be initiated with a Kickoff meeting including all key Customer and Motorola project participants. The objectives of this task are: ❖ Introduce all project participants. ❖ Review roles of key participants. ❖ Establish a clear chain of communication and authority. ❖ Establish a project action item log process. ❖ Review overall project scope and objectives. •3 Review resource and scheduling requirements.
