City of Santa Ana Exhibit C -3 Statement of Work <br />1.5.2 Customer Responsibilities <br />a. Provide access to all required facilities and locations necessary to perform <br />assessment. <br />It. Provide information on current network architecture and configuration. <br />c. Review and discuss recommendations with Motorola. <br />1.5.3 Completion Criteria <br />This task is considered complete upon presentation of the findings of the network <br />analysis and Motorola's recommendations. <br />1.6 Conduct CAD Pre - configuration Workshop <br />Motorola will meet with Customer personnel to provide tear sheets and information on <br />the data elements that must be collected by the Customer prior to conducting the CAD <br />Configuration Training. Motorola will show Customer personnel the configuration <br />options available. <br />1.6.1 Motorola Responsibilities <br />a. Conduct a functional overview of CAD system functionality. <br />It. Review with Customer personnel the specific CAD application functionality and <br />database files for which information must be collected to configure the system. <br />c. Describe /demonstrate certain functionality that can be parameterized to meet the <br />Customer's operations and assist Customer personnel with making appropriate <br />configuration decisions. <br />1.6.2 Customer Responsibilities <br />a. Assign dispatch personnel to attend the pre - configuration workshop. <br />b.
