City of Santa Ana Exhibit C -3 Statement of Work <br />1.8.3 Completion Criteria <br />This task is considered complete upon the acceptance of the FSD. <br />1.9 Geofile Kickoff /Service Boundary Workshop <br />The objectives of this task are to introduce geofrle project participants and review their <br />roles, review overall geofile project scope and objectives, review existing Customer <br />GIS data, and to conduct the Service Boundary Workshop, Refer to Section 2.18 of <br />this SOW for descriptions of geofrle production tasks. <br />1.9.1 Motorola Responsibilities <br />a. Review and collect existing Customer GIS data and record layouts necessary to <br />establish interfaces with the MGU and the Motorola CAD system. <br />b. Conduct the Service Boundary Workshop to discuss service boundary <br />requirements from a CAD perspective. <br />c. Provide information on the CAD recommendation schemes as they pertain to <br />dispatch recommendations. <br />d. Develop the Geofile Project Plan, after the Service Boundary Workshop is held. <br />1.9.2 Customer Responsibilities <br />a. Identify the Geofile System Administrator and ensure their participation in the <br />geofrle kickoff tasks. <br />b. Coordinate the Customer GIS data review. <br />c. Supply Motorola with the Customer GIS data in a supported data format. <br />d. Review the Geofile Project Plan developed by Motorola's Geofile Project <br />Coordinator. <br />e. Provide current service boundary information in a digital format. <br />f.
