of Santa Ana <br />Exhibit C -3 Statement of Work <br />1.20.5 AirMobile Equipment Integration, Testing and Debug <br />The objective of this task is to integrate, test and debug the initial AirMobile <br />application software and equipment. <br />1.20.5.1 Motorola Responsibilities <br />a. Integrate, test and debug the initial AirMobile application software in accordance <br />with the design specifications. <br />b. Maintain a punch list of defect items that need resolution. <br />c. Manage the resolution of punch list items. <br />d. Release the AirMobile client software to be installed on subscriber units. <br />1.20.5.2 Customer Responsibilities <br />a. Provide all required liaison support with outside agencies and vendors required to <br />support the AirMobile solution. <br />b. Ensure that the necessary technical support is made available for installation and <br />testing with any third party vendors and interfaces. <br />c. Ensure other agencies that need to utilize the AirMobile solution perform in <br />accordance with this SOW and the project schedule. <br />1.20.5.3 Completion Criteria <br />This task is considered complete when the AirMobile system has been successfully <br />installed, configured and demonstrated on the subscriber units. <br />1.20.6 Conduct Training <br />The objective of this task is to conduct the technical and user training described in the <br />Training Plan. Please note that training can only occur when the entire AirMobile <br />subsystem is installed and operational and AirMobile has been deployed. <br />1.20.6.1 Motorola Responsibilities <br />a. Establish training schedules with the Customer's Training Coordinator. <br />b.
