The Mayor opened the public hearing on Negative Declaration and <br />Appeal Application No. 515. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Rita Darnell presented the staff report and <br />reco~nendations. <br /> <br />The Assistant Clerk of the Council reported no written <br />communications. <br /> <br />The following speakers spoke in favor of Appeal No. 515: <br /> <br />Rudy Murietta, 838 E.First <br />George Leighton, acoustical consultant <br />Robert Miranda, 808 Santa Ana Blvd. <br />Manuel Esqueda, 1206 W. Walnut <br /> <br />There were no other speakers.
