Marine, representing Jackson Little League, <br />spoke on the issue of inadequate restroom facilities at Windsor <br />Park. <br /> <br />Council asked staff to look into the situation and see if the situa- <br />tion could be improved. <br /> <br />COUNCIL AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />Councilm~nber Young asked staff to investigate Richard D~mmler's idea <br />of decorative hanging baskets in the downtown area and report to Coun- <br />cil at the June 17 meeting. He also asked about the completion date <br />for the paving of Segerstrom Street near Flower. Staff indicated <br />resurfacing would be completed within 30 days. Councilm~mber Young <br />inquired as to the necessity of fencing off the property located next <br />to the Ace Muffler Shop. The Deputy City Manager/Development pointed <br />out that this is standard policy, especially since the property is <br />treated ch~uically for weed control. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson indicated he had no oral communications since he <br />had already circulated his concerns to the Council in writing. He <br />added that staff should assign sc~leone to review the Federal <br />Assistance Act to see if the City is eligible to apply for funding <br />under this act. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 220 MAY 20, 1985 <br /> <br /> <br />
