The proposed vacation is on the east side of First American Way, <br />south of Columbine Avenue, and is 13 feet in width and approximately 108 <br />feet in length (Exhibit 1). <br /> <br />Utilities, other government agencies and City departments have been <br />contacted and reviewed this vacation request as to potential impacts. No <br />adverse impacts were reported to Public Works Agency. An easement for <br />sidewalk and pedestrian access to the City and an easement for <br />underground lines to Southern California Edison will be reserved. <br />Drainage and traffic circulation will not be impacted by the deletion of <br />the portion of First American Way. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project is exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption ER No. 2004- <br />27 will be filed for this report. <br /> <br />12A-1 <br />
