As a result, estimated revenue figures <br />were used. The State has finalized the funding allocations for the Rapid <br />Response Program for 2005-06. The appropriation adjustment will <br />recognize an additional $91,535 for the Rapid Response Program, which <br />provides assistance to companies within Santa Ana who are downsizing or <br />closing their facilities.
