The contract provides for the monthly cleaning of <br />areas of high pedestrian traffic by means of steam cleaning, <br />improving the appearance and maintaining clean, attractive <br /> <br />On September 4, 2001, the City Council awarded a contract to Hydroblast <br />for a two-year period, with provision for three one-year renewals. The <br />vendor has performed satisfactorily during the past contract period and <br />has agreed to renew the contract without an increase in pricing.
