Staff recommends entering <br />into an agreement with OCCF to establish Grants for Parks as a non-endowed. <br />Agency Fund, which will allow charitable foundations who are not able to <br />make gifts to local government the option of donating their gifts directly <br />to OCCF, a non-profit organization incorporated under Section 501(c) (3) of <br />the Internal Revenue Code of Community Foundations. OCCF' s fee for <br />operating this program will be two percent of the fund balance, which will <br />retained from the donations.
