Approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2004-27 to allow operations <br />between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. as conditioned. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Request of Applicant <br /> <br />World Oil Marketing Company is requesting approval of two variances from <br />the Santa Ana Municipal Code (SAMC) and a conditional use permit to allow <br />the proposed World Oil Service Station and convenience store to be located <br />at 1702 North Broadway. The variances are to reduce the minimum lot size <br />requirement and to waive the loading space requirement. Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 2004 -27 is to allow operation of the service station and <br />convenience store during the hours of 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Property Description <br /> <br />The proj ect site is located on the northwest corner of Broadway and <br />Seventeenth Street.
