The surrounding uses consist entirely of single- family residences <br />(Exhibits 1 and 2) . <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />The project involves the construction of a six-foot tall solid masonry <br />fence located within the prevailing front yard landscaped setback and will <br />stagger between two and four-feet behind the front property line.
