Approving Variance No. 2005-25(c) to waive the loading space <br />requirement as conditioned. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Request of Applicant <br /> <br />Richard Chiarini is requesting approval of Variance No. 2005-25 to allow <br />reductions in the front yard setbacks, required landscaping and required <br />loading zone requirements in order to construct a new office building to <br />be located at 206 North Olive Street. <br /> <br />Property Description <br /> <br />The property is located within the Professional (P) zoning district <br />(Exhibit 1) and has a General Plan land use designation of Low Density <br />Residential (LR7) at seven dwelling units per acre.
