Approximately $2.2 <br />million per year is available for non-motorized projects. <br /> <br />The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency is requesting <br />authorization to submit a grant application in the amount of $240,000 for <br />the enhancement of the Santiago Creek Bike Trail, from Santiago Park to <br />the Interstate 5 Freeway.
