Parking permits will be issued to Bower's Museum staff <br />only. The proposed temporary parking district is on the north side <br />of 20th Street between Main Street and the westerly limit of the <br />Bowers Museum. Residential sections of the adjacent streets will <br />not be part of the permit parking district. Vehicles without <br />permits will be subject to a "No Stopping Anytime Except With Valid <br />Permit" restriction. <br /> <br />After the resolution is adopted and the district is established, <br />the permit parking signs will be installed for the areas noted <br />above and shown in Exhibit 1. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project is exempt from further review. Categorical <br />Exemption ER No. 2005-163 will be filed for this report. <br /> <br />55C-1 <br />
