Therefore, implementation of <br />the proposed project would not result in any adverse <br />impacts to any sensitive biological resources. <br /> <br />CULTURAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />A. Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance <br />of a historical resource as defined in Section <br />15064.5? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The project site is currently vacant. There are no <br />historical structures within the area of impact that <br />effected by the construction and operation of the proposed <br />project. Therefore, implementation of the proposed project <br />would not result in adverse impacts to historical <br />resources. <br /> <br />B. Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance <br />of a unique archaeological resource pursuant to <br />Section 15064.5? <br /> <br />C. Directly or indirectly disturb or destroy a unique <br />paleontogical resource or site? <br /> <br />D.
