Councilmembers discussed their concerns relative to Consent Calendar <br />items. <br /> <br />At 5:37 p.m., the Council recessed and reconvened in the Council <br />Chambers at 5:39 p.m., with the s~e members present. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Councilmenber McGuigan registered a "no" vote on It~ No. 2D. <br />Councilmember Acosta registered "no" votes on It~ Nos. 4 and 12A. <br />Councilmembers Acosta, Griset, McGuigan and Young registered "no" <br />votes on Ite~ No. 12C.
