<br />" <br /> <br />24. The storm drain as built plans show a note indicating "telephone conduit". This conduit is assumed to <br />be one inch to two inch conduit without encasement. Included in the budget $5,000 allowance to protect <br />this conduit in place. <br />25.120 LF of new fire water line is included in the sitework allowauce with one on site tie-in and $10,000 <br />allowance for Detector Check assembly. No flow tests have been done yet and therefore no provisions are <br />included in budget if existing water pressure is not adequate. <br />26. No underground Sanitary Sewer system is included in the sitework allowance. <br /> <br />27. An allowance of$50,000 for Landscape & Irrigations is included in the sitework allowance to rework <br />existing landscaping. Also included in the budget to replace 22 existing trees with 48" box trees. <br />28. Included in the budget relocation of the existing electrical duct bank not encased (4" conduit w/4-#2 50 <br />MCM wire). This duct bank is currently shown to be starting at the existing pump house and ending at <br />north east of the State Building. The location of this duct bank may change due to relocation of the existing <br />transformer that feeds it. No provisions are included in this budget if the duct bank has to be relocated <br />again, due to the final location of the relocated transformer or other power source. <br />29. An allowance of$18,750 is included in the budget for the electrical power / feed from the existing <br />switchgear at city hall building to the new parking structure. <br />30. New transformer, power to transformer, and pad, ifit's required, are excluded. <br />31. An allowance of $40,000 is included in the budget for transformer relocation. No provisions are <br />included in this budget if the relocation of this transformer will impact or change the power feed to street <br />lights and any other existing structures. <br />32. No allowances are included for Telephone (except at elevator cab) or CATV conduits or systems. <br />33. An allowance of $60,000 is included in the budget for site lighting. 12 light poles are included along the <br />west & south sides of the new parking structure. <br />34. The first floor security will be achieved by Security Screens/Grills. An allowance of$180,000 is <br />included for Security screens. <br />35. Security screens outside the garage footprint are not included in this budget. <br />
