<br />. <br /> <br /> <br />- President, of TEAM Econolite - Rodney joined the team as <br />of Operations after seNing over three years as the Vice President and <br />General Manager of the largest signal maintenance contractor in the state of <br />California. Rodney started his career after graduating from the University of <br />Southern Mississippi with a bachelor's degree in the Construction Engineering & <br />Management. Throughout his career, Rodney has worked his way up from <br />engineering and design positions to Senior Management. Rodney brings to the <br />team not only his experience as a senior manager, but also his direct experience <br />in the signal maintenance industry. Rodney has a strong . focus on customer <br />seNice and will be in day-to-day contact with the City of Santa Ana as needed to <br />assure that the Cities needs are met. Included in his responsibilities, will be the <br />customization of TEAM Econolite's Field Data Collection system designed to <br />meet the specific needs of the City. Aiding in communication with the City of <br />Santa Ana is seen as high priority for Rodney. The Field Data Collection system, <br />along with personnel interface, will playa large role in facilitating this objective. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Jim Ogg - Director of Operations - Jim first started in the traffic signal <br />maintenance industry in 1977, where he was charged with merging Traffic Signal <br />Maintenance, Inc., with Signal Maintenance, Inc. After successfully completing <br />the merger, Jim took on the administration of the business as well as stepping in <br />as the interim General Manager in 1978. Jim maintained this role until he hired <br />.: ill Sondergard as President of the new firm. After filling the open position, he <br />'then took on the operations side of the business and taught himself the ins-and- <br />olJh of the traffic signal maintenance business by working his way from the <br />Maintenance Operations Manager to Vice President of Operations, and then to <br />Vice President and General Manager. In 1988 Jim took over the Construction <br />Division of the business, and in 1990 moved back to the maintenance side of the <br />organization in the capacity of General Manager. In 1992 he moved to the <br />parent company of Signal Maintenance, Inc., and accepted the position of <br />President Jim remained in this position while the acquisition took place of Signal <br />Maintenance Inc. to Peek Traffic, pic in 1993. 1995 saw the retirement of Bill <br />Sondergard as President, and Jim moved back to Southern California to assume <br />the position of PresidElnt of Signal Maintenance, Inc., which he held until 2001, at <br />whichtimehe~(::(::epted.a new position with Econolite Control Products, Inc., <br />~~s~ed to establish the company's maintenance division - Team Econolite. <br /> <br />!";;'Y'D?::: <br /> <br />.'.....}> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />/t~i~~ff~!puncan -ProjeqtManar;er - Rick has been in the traffic signal <br />'mal~@~pnceindustryforover 3QYears and has spent the last 25 years of his <br />car~Elr':~ithsteady pareerprogres~ion with the largest traffic signal maintenance <br />anization in the state ofGalifornia.
