<br />A-2004-206 <br /> <br />INSURANCE liO I UN ;IL[ <br />WORK MAY .NOT PROCEED <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE:OCT 1 3 2005 <br /> <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on October 4, 2004 by <br />and between Catholic Charities ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana ("City"). <br /> <br />Recitals: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement A-2004-160, dated July 1,2004, (hereinafter "said <br />Agreement") by which Consultant has provided vocational/occupational training, <br />employment strategies, education and supportive services to individuals residing in <br />the Federal Empowerment Zone. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />increase the compensation available to Consultant for additional training and <br />supportive services provided by Consultant. <br /> <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment <br />to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase the compensation by <br />$21,830, for a total amount no to exceed $119,330.00 during the term of said Agreement. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />//. . iJJi- <br />~lL-L~_ . <br />Patricia E.
