THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on October 4,2004 by <br />()_,~ and between Delhi Center ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana ("City"). <br /> <br />A-2004-207 <br /> <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Recitals: <br /> <br />A The parties entered into Agreement A-2004-161, dated July 1,2004, (hereinafter "said <br />Agreement") by which Consultant has provided vocational/occupational training, <br />employment strategies, education and supportive services to individuals residing in <br />the Federal Empowerment Zone. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />increase the compensation available to Consultant for additional training and <br />supportive services provided by Consultant <br /> <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment <br />to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1.
