Human Resources <br /> <br />Deputy City Manager Jan Perkins provided statistics relative to <br />filling the 141 new positions authorized in last year's budget. <br /> <br />Economic Development <br /> <br />Staff responded to questions raised by Councilm~mber McGuigan <br />concerning grant research manag~nent personnel costs, reserve <br />appropriation, downtown improve-nent on Main and Broadway, Specific <br />Develo~ent Plan meetings, and other personnel costs for contractual <br />work. <br /> <br />NORTH CENTRAL SANTA ANA TRAFFIC PROTECTION PLAN <br /> <br />Mayor Griset informed the Council that the parties meeting to resolve <br />the problem at Flower and Memory Lane were unable to reach an agrcc <br />ment on any modifications. He said the issue would be coming back to <br />Council, with several options in terms of signal improvements which <br />would permit the removal of the no-right-turn prohibition at Flower <br />and Memory Lane. <br /> <br />The meeting was informally adjourned at 7:12 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., July <br />23, 1985, City Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Elim~beth A.
