MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />July 27, 1985 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 9:11 a.m. by Mayor Daniel E. Griset, in <br />Roan 831, City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza. Councilm~nbers present were <br />John Acosta, Wilson B. Hart, P. Lee Johnson, R. W. Luxembourger, Dan Young <br />and Mayor Griset. Also present were Deputy City Manager Jan C. Perkins, <br />City Attorney Edward J. Cooper and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy. <br />Councilmember Patricia A. McGuigan was absent. <br /> <br />1985-86 BUDGET - INTERIM APPROPRIATIONS <br /> <br />Deputy City Manager Perkins explained that since the Council had not <br />adopted the 1985-86 budget, interim appropriations would be required in <br />several funds. The Council reviewed the proposed interim appropriations <br />by line it~n; the Executive Director of Finance and Manag~nent Services <br />and the Executive Director of the Public Services Agency responded to <br />Councilme~bers' specific questions. <br /> <br />Councilmember Acosta suggested that the Centennial Park maintenance <br />contract be included in the City's general landscaping maintenance <br />contract. <br /> <br />MOTION: Approve interim appropriations as follows: <br /> <br />Fund 401 <br />Fund 401/ <br /> <br />Fund 11 Neighborhood Foot Patrol 150,000 <br />Fund 11 Various Travel, Transportation, <br /> Flash Funds 170,000 <br />Fund 11 Consultant/Contractual Agre~nents 25,000 <br />Fund 66 Capital Equipment (Vehicle Replacement) 10,000 <br />Fund 67 Regional Transportation Center 90,000 <br />Fund 77 Centennial Park Maintenance (8/5) 90,000 <br />Fund 80 Risk Management - Insurance Premium 600,000 <br />Fund 132 JTPA -Stmmer Youth 430,000 <br />Fund 170 California Energy Con*n. <br /> Street Light Conversion 192,000 <br /> Special Events 20,000 <br /> 37,500 <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />332 <br /> <br />JULY 27, 1985 <br /> <br /> <br />
