Award a contract Hardy & Harper, Inc., <br />in accordance with unit bid prices <br />$472,087 for construction of the <br />Replacement Contract. <br /> <br />the lowest responsible bidder, <br />in an amount not to exceed <br />2005/2006 Omnibus Concrete <br /> <br />2. Approve a Funding Analysis with a total estimated construction cost <br />of $566,500. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />This proj ect will provide for replacement of damaged and deteriorated <br />concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, cross gutters, wheelchair ramps, <br />driveway approaches, and concrete pavement at various locations <br />throughout the City. The work will be performed on an as-needed basis. <br /> <br />The Notice Inviting Bids was advertised on August 1 and 3, 2005 and bids <br />were opened on August 18, 2005.
