MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />August 10, 1985 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:50 a.m., by Mayor Daniel E. Griset, <br />in the fifth floor conference room of the Santa Ana Regional <br />Transportation Center, 1000 East Santa Ana Boulevard. Councilmembers <br />present were John Acosta, Wilson B. Hart, P. Lee Johnson, R. W. <br />Luxembourger, Patricia A. McGuigan, Dan Young and Mayor Griset. Also <br />present were City Manager Robert C. Bobb, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, <br />Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy, and Richard Hughes, Facilitator for <br />the Council conference. <br /> <br />The Mayor requested staff members leave the room to permit informal <br />discussion ~uong the Councilmembers, with Hughes serving as Facilitator. <br />The City Manager, City Attorney and Clerk of the Council adjourned to the <br />lounge on the fourth floor. No minutes were taken regarding the Council's <br />informal discussion. <br /> <br />Discussion continued until 11:30 a.m., at which time the Council recessed <br />to participate in the City's Tenth Annual Antique Car Parade, followed by <br />lunch. <br /> <br />The City Manager left the meeting at 11:30 a.m. <br /> <br />At 2:33 p.m., infonnal diseussion resumed with all Councilmembers and the <br />Facilitator present. <br /> <br />At 5:00 p.m., the City Attorney left the meeting. <br /> <br />At 5:45 p.m., the Council recessed to dinner on the ground floor of the <br />Transportation Center. <br /> <br />Councilmember Luxembourger left the meeting at this time. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned by unanimous informal consent at 7:55 p.m. to <br />9:30 a.m., August 11, 1985, in the Regional Transportation Center, 1000 <br />East Santa Ana Boulevard. <br /> <br /> C. / /y <br />Clerk of the Counci{[ [/ <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />359 <br /> <br />AUGUST 10, 1985 <br /> <br /> <br />
