Incorporated into the street maintenance program <br />is the graffiti removal proj ect. The purchase of the trailer mounted <br />manlift will facilitate the graffiti crews to reach the tall buildings <br />and signs requiring attention. <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on August 19 and 22, <br />bids were solicited.
