<br />1 insurance must be maintained by CONTRACTOR through the entirety of this <br />2 Agreement for inspection by County representative(s) at any reasonable time. <br />3 12.4 All insurance policies required by this Agreement shall declare <br />4 any deductible or self-insured retention (SIR) in an amount in excess of <br />5 $25,000 ($5.000 for automobile liability), which shall specifically be <br />6 approved by the County Executive Office (CEO)/Office of Risk Management. <br />7 CONTRACTOR sha 11 be res pons i b 1 e for rei mbursement of any deduct i b 1 e to the <br />8 insurer. Any self-insured retentions (SIRs) or deductibles shall be clearly <br />9 stated on the Certificate of Insurance. <br />10 12.5 If CONTRACTOR fails to maintain insurance acceptable to COUNTY for <br />11 the full term of this Agreement, COUNTY may terminate this Agreement. <br />12 12.6 The policy or policies of insurance required herein must be issued <br />13 by an insurer licensed to do business in the State of California (California <br />14 Admitted Carrier). If the insurer is not licensed to do business in the State <br />15 of California, AOMINISTRATOR retains the right to approve or reject the <br />16 insurer after a review of the insurer's performance and financial ratings by <br />17 the County Executive Office (CEO)/Office of Risk Management. <br />18 12.7 The policy or policies of insurance required herein must be issued <br />19 by an insurer with a minimum rating of "A- (Secure Best's Rating)" and a <br />20 minimum financial rating of "VIII (Financial Size Category)," as determined by <br />21 the most current edition of the Best's Key Rating Guide/Property- <br />22 Casualty/United States or by going on-line to "ambest.com." <br />23 12.8 The policy or polices of insurance maintained by CONTRACTOR shall <br />24 provide the minimum limits and coverage as set forth below: <br />25 / / / <br />26 / / / <br />27 /// <br />28 / / / <br /> <br />(WSH060S) <br /> <br />18 of 37 <br /> <br />(March 7. 2005) <br />
