<br />1 28. WAIVER <br />2 No delay or omission by either party hereto to exercise any right or <br />3 power accruing upon any noncompliance or default by the other party with <br />4 respect to any of the terms of this Agreement shall impair any such right or <br />5 power or be construed to be a wai ver thereof. A wai ver by either of the <br />6 parties hereto of any of the covenants, conditions, or agreements to be <br />7 performed by the other shall not be construed to be a waiver of any succeeding <br />8 breach thereof or of any other covenant, condition or agreement herein <br />9 contained. <br />10 29. PETTY CASH <br />11 CONTRACTOR is authorized to establish a petty cash fund in an amount not <br />12 to exceed two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00). <br />13 30. PUBLICITY <br />14 Information and solicitations. prepared and released by CONTRACTOR. <br />15 concerni ng the servi ces provi ded under thi s Agreement, sha 11 state that the <br />16 program. wholly or in part. is funded through COUNTY. State and Federal <br />17 government funds. <br />18 31. COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />19 ADMINISTRATOR will provide consultation and technical assistance. and <br />20 will monitor performance of CONTRACTOR in meeting the terms of this Agreement. <br />21 32. REPORTS <br />22 CONTRACTOR shall maintain records and submit reports containing such <br />23 data and information regarding the performance of CONTRACTOR's services. costs <br />24 or other data relating to this Agreement as may be requested by ADMINISTRATOR. <br />25 upon a form approved by ADMINISTRATOR. ADMINISTRATOR may modify the <br />26 provisions of this paragraph upon written notice to CONTRACTOR. <br />27 33.
