MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />August 20, 1985 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:48 p.m, by Mayor Daniel E. <br />Griset, in Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Counciln~mbers <br />present were John Acosta, Wilson B. Hart, P. Lee Johnson, R. W. <br />Luxembourger, Dan Young and Mayor Griset. Also present were City <br />Manager Robert C. Bobb, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper and Clerk of <br />the Council Janice C. Guy. Councilm~ber Patricia A. Lux~mbourger <br /> <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />76 .A. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL AND CO, UNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY - OWNER <br />PARTICIPATION AGREemeNT FOR THE C-7 SITE WITH MAIN <br />STREET PARTNERS. <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the joint public hearing of the C~munity <br />Redevelo~nent Agency and the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />regarding the owner participation agrc~nent for the C-7 site with Main <br />Street Partners for property generally bounded by Main Street on the <br />west, Owens Drive on the north and the Santiago Creek on the east and <br />south. <br /> <br />Sandi Daniels, Project Manager, presented the staff report and <br />rec~a~nendations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written c~unications. <br /> <br />Bill Singer, Main Street Partners, made a presentation to Council, <br />including slides which depicted existing uses on the site, several of <br />the developer's ccmpleted projects and renderings of the proposed <br />project. <br /> <br />Jim Olmstead, Dunn Properties, spoke in favor of the project. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />394 <br /> <br />AUGUST 20, 1985 <br /> <br /> <br />
