<br />(JWF 9/16/05) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2005-091 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA APPROVING THE REVISED MAIN STREET <br />ELEVATION OF BOWERS MUSEUM EXPANSION. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines <br />and declares as follows: <br /> <br />A. On September 6, 2005, the City Council approved an expansion of the <br />Bowers Museum of Cultural Art by the museum operator, the Bowers <br />Museum Corporation. <br /> <br />B. In taking that action, the City Council directed that certain aspects of the <br />Main Street elevation of the proposed expansion be redesigned. <br /> <br />C. A revised Main Street elevation plan has been submitted, attached hereto <br />as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Main Street elevation design of the Bower Museum expansion <br />as depicted in Exhibit A is hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />/ /'1 <br />~ v;{2iJ ;--> <br />Miguel A.
