Each party would be irreparably injured by a breach of this Section of this Agreement by the other party or its Agents and that the other party will be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in the event of any breach of the provisions of this Section. The remedies will not be deemed to be the exclusive remedies for a breach of this Section by either party or their Agents, but will be in addition to all other remedies available at law or in equity. 17. Notices. Thereafter, any notice, tender, demand, delivery, or other communication shall be addressed and transmitted to the new address. If sent by mail any notice, tender, demand, delivery, or other communication shall be effective to have given three (3) days after it has been deposited in the United States mail, duly registered or certified, with postage prepaid, and addressed as set forth above. Whenever possible, each provision of this Agreement will be interpreted in such a manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law, but if any provision of this Agreement is held to be prohibited by or invalid under applicable law, such provision will be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition or invalidity, without invalidating the remainder of such provision or the remaining provisions of this Agreement. 19. Amendment and Waiver.
