<br />With Psomas for eight years: with
<br />other firms for 20 years

<br />Ms. Landstedt's experience includes water resource management, water supply
<br />assessments, urban water management plans, competitiveness and privatization
<br />studies and processes, benchmarking studies, financial budgeting and analysis,
<br />state and federal grant proposals and program management, legislative analysis,
<br />environmental compliance, and conservation and public affairs programs. She
<br />conducted analysis on water supply and demand for urban water management
<br />plans, analysis of various water resource issues, prepared water management and
<br />strategic plans, and developed programs to meet legislative mandates and grant
<br />requirements. She has also developed and participated in various public and
<br />stakeholder outreach and involvement programs.

<br />Ms. Landstedt has also prepared water supply assessments and verifications
<br />in accordance with SB 610 and SB 221 for the cities of Chino, Anaheim, and
<br />Pomona, as well as for the agencies of Santiago County Water District and Otay
<br />Water District.

<br />
<br />2000 Regional Urban Water Management Plan, Municipal Water District
<br />of Orange County, CA: Prepared the MWDOC 2000 Regional Urban Water
<br />Management Plan Update. Preparation included meetings with kcy District staff,
<br />information and data collection, analysis of water sourccs, supply and demand,
<br />coordination with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern Califomia's data
<br />and programs, and preparation of draft and final plans. Prepared for and assisted
<br />in a member agency workshop to present the Draft 2000 Regional UWMP, and
<br />received and incorporated comments.

<br />2000 Urban Water Management Plan, City of Fountain Valley, CA: Prepared
<br />the City of Fountain Valley 2000 UWMP Update. Preparation included meetings
<br />with key City staff, infonnation and data collection, analysis of water sources,
<br />supply and demand, coordination with regional programs, and preparation of
<br />draft and final plans.

<br />2000 Urban Water Management Plan, City of Garden Grove, CA: Prepared
<br />the City of Garden Grove 2000 UWMP Update, and previously prepared thc
<br />1995 UWMP. Prcparation included meetings with key City staff, information
<br />and data collection, analysis of water sources, supply and demand, coordination
<br />with regional programs, and preparation of draft and final plans. Prepared for and
<br />conducted review meetings by several City staff groups, and prepared for and
<br />assisted in conducting a public hearing and City Council adoption of the Plan.
