<br />Description of Operation (15%) <br /> <br />Describe how all required tasks are to be completed including food <br />preparation, serving, accounting and maintenance operations. Include <br />proposed hours of operation. <br /> <br />Qualifications and Experience (40%) <br /> <br />Provide a synopsis of the concessionaire's qualifications and past <br />experience. Include a description of similar concession operations or <br />agreements. The concessionaire shall identify a Manager and other key <br />personnel to be assigned, their qualifications, representative experience, <br />and their capability to explore and resolve problems. Describe experience <br />in obtaining and maintaining Health Department permits. <br /> <br />Menu. Pricinq and MarketinQ (15%) <br /> <br />Include proposed menu items and pricing in detail. Describe marketing <br />plan and advertising to be used. <br /> <br />Revenue (30%) <br /> <br />See Attachment "AU. <br /> <br />The concessionaire shall complete Attachment "A" (City Revenue Proposal) <br />located at the end of the Request for Proposal. One copy of Attachment "A" <br />shall be separately bound, sealed, and submitted to the City. <br /> <br />CRITERIA FOR SELECTION <br /> <br />The response to this Request for Proposal should contain documentation of <br />concessionaire's and/or concessionaire's agency's credentials and expertise in <br />this field. Substantial consideration will be given to concessionaires with <br />demonstrable and documented experience in similar work. Responses will be <br />evaluated on the basis of the qualifications, abilities, and responsiveness of the <br />proposing concessionaires. <br /> <br />An evaluation committee appointed by the Executive Director of Parks, <br />Recreation and Community Services will review the responses received. All <br />proposals received will be fully reviewed and rated by the Evaluation Committee. <br />The ultimate concessionaire selections will be based upon both business <br />experience and projected revenue. <br /> <br />THE CITY'S AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PROGRAM <br /> <br />The City has an affirmative action program.
