Description of Work - in space below, describe the program to be funded during the 12- <br />month contract period including, services to be provided, program goals, client <br />chara0eteristics, & how grant funds will be utilized. <br />Thomas House Temporary Shelter is a transitional homeless family, with children, shelter. <br />Clients will be provided food, shelter and life skill services which are required to return the <br />family to independent living. The program goal is to transition homeless families to self - <br />sufficiency and independent living. All clients meet the HUD definition of homelessness. Grant <br />funds will be used to help pay for utilities, insurance required for the residences used to house <br />homeless families and case manager salaries. <br />EX. A <br />
