The agreement required <br />Professional Liability insurance; however, this was an error in the original document preparation. Also, for the entire duration <br />of the contract, the requirement for Professional Liability insurance was not enforced. As noted below, Laura Sheedy is in <br />agreement that Professional Liability insurance is not a requirement for this contract.
