The parties entered into Agreement A-2003-l89, dated September 10, 2003, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided maintenance and <br />service for the electronic door access systems in both the Santa Ana Police <br />Administration Building and the Detention Facility. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />amend said Agreement to provide for the purchase, installation and servicing of <br />additional card reader systems in the Police Administration Facility. <br /> <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with <br />the following: <br /> <br />"Consultant shall perform those services as set forth in Exhibit A to said Agreement, <br />Consultant shall also install and service additional card reader systems in the Police <br />Administration Facility as set forth in Exhibit A-I, attached to this Second <br />Amendment to Agreement." <br /> <br />2. Section 2,a" COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation <br />$4,000.00 to pay for the additional component installation and service. Total <br />compensation shall not exceed $27,248,00 during the term of said Agreement. <br /> <br />3. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />II <br />
