In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period. <br /> <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of the Agreement, except those amended in this Third <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Section I, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with <br />the following: <br /> <br />"Consultant shall conduct low cost dog and cat vaccination clinics for City residents <br />at the times, dates and locations mutually agreed on by the parties to this Agreement. <br />The parties agree the no "implied professionalism", as that term is interpreted by <br />regulatory agencies of the State of California, shall accrue to the City or any of its <br />facilities or locations, from the conduct of said vaccination clinics ("Clinics"). <br />Consultant shall perform all services at the rates and charges as set forth in Exhibit A- <br />I to this Amendment to Agreement." <br /> <br />2. Section 4, TERM, shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />'This Agreement shall commence on May 7, 2001 and terminate on June 30, 2006, <br />unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 13, below. The term of this <br />Agreement may be extended upon a writing executed by the Chief of Police and the <br />City Attorney." <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />II <br />
