Description of Work - in space below, describe the program to be funded during <br />the 12-month contract period including, services to be provided, program goals, <br />client characteristics 8v how grant funds will be utilized. <br />WTLC's emergency shelter (45/90-day program) will provide mental health and <br />substance abuse treatment for victims of domestic violence and their children, with <br />the overall goals of providing assessments, increasing knowledge of unhealthy <br />relationships, undergo cognitive restructuring, and establishment of future personal <br />goals. The funds will be used to partially pay the salaries counseling and case <br />management staff. <br />X. <br />
