Qualifications. Subj ect to the condition that it would not be <br />deemed to constitute "hours worked" under <br />provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), <br />non paid volunteer service with a recognized Santa <br />Ana or Orange County community service or <br />charitable organization which serves Santa Ana <br />residents directly or indirectly may be <br />substituted for up to 50% of the service time <br />specified in Section 7.2D Subsection 3 above. <br /> <br />29 <br />
