PROPOSED FOREIGN TRADE ZONE APPLICATION AND APPROVAL PROCESS <br /> <br />Hank Cunningham, Business/Industrial Development Manager, presented an <br />update on the City's application for a foreign trade zone and a <br />videotape d~onstrating the City's abilities and interests in locating <br />a foreign trade zone in Santa Ana. <br /> <br />90.C.
