correspondences and documents should be maintained and bound in <br />appropriate project files. <br />10. The Consultant shall diligently work on each assignment and complete <br />each task in accordance with the schedule and accommodate the City's <br />needs. <br />11. The Consultant's work will be subject to inspections by City, County, <br />State and Federal representatives. <br />12. Project files including copies of all correspondences, reports, documents, <br />and electronic files shall be submitted to the City when requested. <br />13. All work, including reports, analysis, data, and intellectual properties <br />developed during the life of the Agreement shall become the properties of <br />the City. <br />14. The Consultant will receive written notification of the award of the <br />contract. Upon on such notification, the Consultant will proceed with the <br />services required by the Agreement. <br />V. COORDINATION <br />Coordination with the City, other consultants and agencies will be required to achieve <br />satisfactory and timely delivery of the final work product. Coordination may include, but <br />not be limited to, coordination with Caltrans, FHWA, Environmental Protection Agency, <br />State Water Quality Board, title companies, escrow companies, County of Orange, and <br />other agencies and consultants. <br />The City will decide the manner in which the coordination efforts with be conducted. At <br />the City's option, coordination efforts may be performed by the Consultant's direct <br />contact, by the Consultant acting through the City or by the City only. When coordination <br />efforts require agreements, such agreements shall be coordinated through the City. <br />VXL WORK TO BE PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY THE CITY <br />Prepare Roadway Plans (if necessary) <br />1. PROJECT PROGRESS <br />Progress Review Meetings shall be held at intervals deemed appropriate <br />by the City. Before each of these meetings, the Consultant shall furnish <br />two (2) copies of all completed or partially completed, reports, analysis, <br />estimates, and schedule, which have been developed or altered since the <br />last Progress Review Meeting. <br />I <br />
