The Uniform Standards of Professional <br />Appraisal Practice is promulgated by the Appraisal Foundation. Reports shall also be <br />prepared in conformity with the Eminent Domain Law and interpretive cases. <br />11. Provide three originals of appraisal report ,which may consist of more than one <br />volume, Also provide Appraisal Summary Statements, including attachments, using a <br />form provided by the City/Agency. <br />Our work includes appraising all types of real property — commercial, industrial, multi -family <br />and single-family residential, special use properties, vacant land, and utility easements across <br />a variety of property types.
