STATEMENT OF COMMITMENTS (Continued) <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />It is understood that the appraisal fee for specific real estate appraisal <br />assignments will be negotiated prior to commencement thereof. In general, <br />the hourly rate of the principal appraiser is $175; the hourly rate of the <br />associate appraiser is $110. Market research associates and office staff are <br />billed at $75 and $45 per hour, respectively. Said rates are fully burdened, <br />i.e. inclusive of overhead costs, general, administrative, and profit. As stated, <br />Lidgard and Associates, Inc. is a fully staffed appraisal firm, and does not <br />engage in subcontracting with outside appraisal companies. <br />The fee schedule includes all expenses incurred in connection with the real <br />estate appraisal service. In the event Lidgard and Associates, Inc. is <br />authorized to engage appraisal services for specialized equipment items or <br />business valuations, it is assumed that the fees for said services will be <br />reimbursed. <br />In the event litigation is necessary for the acquisition via eminent domain <br />court appearance fees and/or deposition appearance fees will be based <br />upon $250 per hour with a $1,000 per half day minimum in the forenoon or <br />afternoon. Pretrial and pre deposition conferences, if any will be based upon <br />$275 per hour.
