MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />November 19, 1985 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m., by Mayor Daniel E. <br />Griset, in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. <br />Councilmembers present ware John Acosta, Wilson B. Hart, P. Lee <br />Johnson, R. W. Luxembourger, Patricia A. McGuigan, and Mayor Griset. <br />Also present were City Manager Robert C. Bobb, City Attorney ~dward J. <br />Cooper and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy. Councilrmamber Dan <br />Young was absent. <br /> <br />CO~UNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGRNCY <br /> <br />Following the Pledge of Allegiance and Invocation by Mayor Griset, the <br />Council recessed to the Co~nunity Redevelopment Agency and reconvened <br />at 5:57 p.m., with the same mgnbers present. <br /> <br />19.C. <br /> <br />JOB TRAINING PARTNERSHIP ACT (JTPA) SERVICE DELIVERY <br />DESIGNATION <br /> <br />MOTION: 1) Authorize City Manager to apply for JTPA Service <br /> Delivery designation; and <br /> <br />2) Authorize City Manager to execute all necessary <br /> docunents to acccmplish Service Delivery Area <br /> designation. <br /> <br />No action was taken on this matter by the Council; the it~n was <br />continued by the unanimous informal consent of the Council to <br />December 2, 1985.
