Develop training curricula and implement <br />new technologies to increase program results. <br /> <br /> <br />Director of Operations <br />(Case Management) <br />Bilingual. .83% FTE <br /> <br />$ 13,000.00 <br /> <br />Assist Executive Director, interview clients, process <br />paper work, attend FEZ/Daisy Wheel Network meetings, <br />job research, develop industry contacts, coach clients in <br />resume writing, coordinate activities with the executive <br />director, and work very closely with the WORK Center <br />to insure the contract requirements and deadiines are met. <br /> <br />Director of Social Services <br />Bilingual. .50% FTE <br /> <br />$ 6,000.00 Work Closeiy with Executive Director and the Operations <br />Director in coordinating Social Services needed by the <br />clients. <br /> <br />Outreach Specialist <br />Bilingual. .26% FTE <br /> <br />$ 4,320.00 Will be working in the FEZ area to identify and perform <br />initial assesments of potential clients, direct them to our <br />facility to be further interviewed and enrolled as applicable. <br />Outreach will include going door to door, distributing fiyers <br />making presentations and general promotion of the <br />program. <br /> <br />Job Orientated ESL training <br />$104.00 cost per client <br /> <br />$ 5,184.00 This will be a specific customized program to provide the <br />clients with a specific job orientated technical English <br />vocabulary that will help them and their managers to have <br />better communication at work. This is not a reguiar ESL <br />class. It wili be customized to the Industry needs. <br /> <br />Computer Technology Class <br />$156.00 cost per client <br /> <br />$ 7,776.00 $ 186,624.00 This will include an in-kind contribution to the program <br />from The Academia. Each client will receive specific job <br />orientated skills in general basic computer technology <br />that will help them with job performance. Clients will be <br />taught how to use the internet as a way to research <br />employment The regular costfor this class is <br />$3,888.00 per student or $194,400 for 50 clients.
