Robert F. Waldron, representing A1 Southerland, spoke in opposition to <br />the project and showed slides depicting improvements made to the <br />Southerland' s property. <br /> <br />A1 Southerland, 695 Town Center Drive, Costa Mesa, also spoke in <br />opposition to the project. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers.
