A- 2003 - 127 -01 <br />SECOND AMENDMENT <br />TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT is entered <br />into this day of , 2004, by and between Camp Dresser & <br />McKee, Inc., a California corporation ( "Consultant ") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter <br />city and municipal corporation of the State of California ( "City "). <br />i9x41rr:RMI <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement 4N- 2003 -055, dated May 21, 2003, thereafter <br />amended and renumbered by Amendment A- 2003 -127, dated June 16, 2003 <br />(hereinafter collectively "said Agreement ") by which Consultant has assisted the City <br />in obtaining grant funding and preparing a local implementation plan for the City's <br />storm -water management program. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />extend the term for an additional one -year period. <br />WHEREFORE in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Second Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. The term of said Agreement shall be extended from June 30, 2004 to June 30, 2005. <br />2.
